held jaguttis is regularly looking for legal assistants (m/f/d) (Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterinnen/Mitarbeiter) with an affinity for public law/public commercial law.

held jaguttis is an internationally orientated law firm which specializes in high-end legal advice on regulatory and public commercial law matters. Our clients include Dax-listed/blue chip companies, large and medium-sized companies, investors, associations, governmental institutions and NGOs. Our focus is on complex questions relating to regulatory and public commercial law and on representing clients before courts and other authorities. We also pursue our clients’ interests on a political level and advise on regulatory aspects in M&A and IPO transactions.

As a legal assistant you will become part of the held jaguttis team. You will support the lawyers of held jaguttis in exciting client work, interesting publication projects and other matters.
