One of the main fields of practice of held jaguttis is the legal framework for technologies and issues in respect of product regulation. Our lawyers have advised manufacturers, retailers and investors on product and technology related requirements in connection with admission procedures and on market surveillance issues. Our lawyers have assisted clients in enforcing their interests before courts and helped them in national and international committees and decision-making processes.
